Students will determine whether triangles are congruent by Side-Side-Side (SSS) or Side-Angle-Side (SAS) as well as write triangle congruency statements with this cut and paste activity. This activity includes three examples in which coordinates are given for the vertices of the triangles. Students would need to use the distance formula to prove the triangles are congruent. However, there is an alternative version with diagrams only.
*This activity was created specifically to practice SSS and SAS only.
