This Parallelogram Properties Cut & Paste Puzzle is a cut and paste puzzle in which students practice applying the properties of parallelograms to solve for missing sides and angles. Several problems require students to solve multi-step equations, and some more challenging problems are included.
Properties covered include:
- Opposite sides are congruent
- Opposite sides are parallel
- Diagonals bisect each other
- Opposite angles are congruent
- Consecutive angles are supplementary
Students solve each problem, cut out the puzzle pieces, and rearrange them so that adjacent edges have matching answers. Once complete, students paste the finished puzzle onto the included template. The box letters help students organize their work and make completed puzzles quick and easy to check. An answer key is included.
