Students will practice solving trigonometric equations with this coloring activity. This includes basic equations, equations that require factoring, and equations that require the use of fundamental trigonometric identities. Pythagorean Theorem, Reciprocal, and Double Angle Identities are included. A restricted interval is given for each equation. Problems range in difficulty.
There are 24 problems total, separated into two sets. Students solve each equation, then look for matching answers between the sets. They color the picture according to their matching answers. This could also used as a partner activity in which Partner A completes Set 1 and Partner B completes Set 2. I would personally recommend it to be used as a partner activity, otherwise it might take too much time. There is a good mix of skills included in both sets so just doing one set would provide plenty of practice!
