Students will practice solving rational equations with this coloring activity. This includes monomial, binomial, and trinomial denominators. Students must be able to solve both linear and quadratic equations. Extraneous solutions are included.
There are 20 problems total, separated into two sets. Students solve each equation, then look for matching answers between the sets. They color the picture according to their matching answers. This could also used as a partner activity in which Partner A completes Set 1 and Partner B completes Set 2.
