Students will practice comparing and ordering side lengths and angle measures in triangles using their knowledge of triangle inequalities with this set of two mazes.
- Maze 1: Ordering Angle Measures (given side lengths)
- Maze 2: Order Side Measures (given angle measures)
Students must be able to order side lengths and angle measures from least to greatest, greatest to least, as well as compare measures using inequalities. Both diagrams and verbal descriptions are given. This activity was created for a high school level class.
The solutions are used to navigate students through the maze. Mazes work well as warm-ups, alternative homework assignments, classwork, or quick assessments.
