Students will practice identifying the sine, cosine, or tangent ratio of an angle in a right triangle with this set of two mazes.
Mazes Included:
- Maze 1: Pythagorean Theorem Triples Only
- Maze 2: Non-Pythagorean Triples (requires simplifying radicals and rationalizing denominators)
Note: Only two side lengths of the triangle are given for both versions. Therefore, Pythagorean Theorem is required on both versions to find the third side length in order to identify the trigonometric ratio.
The solutions are used to navigate students through the maze. Mazes work well as warm-ups, alternative homework assignments, classwork, or quick assessments.
