Students will practice using data given in a table to write an equation for the line of best fit (using linear regression on a graphing utility), then use the equation to make a prediction for another value with this coloring activity. There are 12 problems total. For each problem, students match the line of best fit with the prediction of a value. This will match the numbers with the colors in order to color the Be Kind picture.
The last two questions give scatterplots. Students match the linear equation that best matches the scatterplot by identifying the slope and y-intercept that most closely match.
