Students will practice factoring trinomials with this coloring activity. This activity includes two versions so you can choose the one that fits best with your planning:
- Version 1: Trinomials where a = 1
- Version 2: Trinomials where a > 1
Each version includes 12 trinomials for students to factor. They identify the binomials at the bottom to match the numbers and colors. They color the All You Need is Love design using using their matched answers. This activity was designed to ensure students must factor and not simply work backwards and multiply the binomials to figure it out 😉
