This circles coloring activity helps high school geometry students practice finding the area and circumference of circles, the measures of central angles and arcs, and arc lengths. It’s the geometry version of my Area and Circumference of Circles Pi Day Coloring Activity, with 12 more challenging problems written for high school students. Answers use the pi key on the calculator, not 3.14.
How It Works:
Students solve each problem, then find their answer at the bottom of the page. Each answer tells them how to color the pi symbol, so the activity is self-checking. It’s perfect for Pi Day, but it also works any time of year as circles practice or review.
