This Pi Day coloring activity helps students practice finding the area and circumference of circles. Students solve 12 problems (6 area and 6 circumference) using given radii and diameters. Two versions are included: one uses the π button on a calculator, and the other uses 3.14, so you can choose the version that best fits your students.
How It Works:
Students solve each problem, then find their answer at the bottom of the page to see which color to use. Coloring the pi symbol by their answers makes the activity self-checking. It’s the perfect activity for Pi Day!
