This quadratic formula coloring activity helps students practice solving quadratic equations using the quadratic formula. There are 12 equations, including some with terms on both sides of the equal sign. Only rational and irrational roots are included (no complex solutions), and all answers are rounded to the nearest hundredth.
How It Works:
Students solve each problem, then find their answer at the bottom of the page to see which color to use. Coloring the egg by their answers makes the activity self-checking.
