Given the graph of a linear equation, students will practice identifying the equation of the line in slope-intercept form with this cut and paste activity. Students are given a worksheet with 12 graphs and another worksheet with linear equations written in slope-intercept form. Students must identify the equation of the graph by determining its slope and y-intercept. There are four equations to choose from for each graph. They paste the correct equation onto the graphs worksheet.
