Students will review factoring polynomials (identifying a GCF, difference of squares, sum and difference of cubes, trinomials, and polynomials with four terms) with this flip book.
The seven sections are organized as follows:
• Greatest Common Factor (GCF)
• Difference of Squares (a² – b²)
• Sum of Cubes (a³ + b³)
• Difference of Cubes (a³ – b³)
• Trinomials (ax² + bx + c)
• Four Terms
• Mixed Factoring (mixes the types of factoring above)
Each section has an area for students to jot down some “notes” on how to factor the type of polynomial. While this flip book is meant for a review at the end of teaching factoring polynomials, you may be able to use it as your notes. There are 70 total polynomials for students to factor. Directions for printing and answer key included.
