Students will to practice identifying the graph, vertex form, and standard form of a quadratic function with this “Triples” Activity. There are 30 total cards. Once matched, there will be 10 sets of three cards. Each set contains one graph, one equation in standard form, and one equation in vertex form.
Students can work on their own or in teams to match the cards. Once they are finished, they can either staple their “triples” together and place in a zip-lock bag, or paste them onto a poster board. An answer key is included to ensure cards are matched together properly.
