Students will review graphing and writing linear equations as they rotate through 11 stations and complete a review book. Each station is a page of their review book. At the stations, students fill in the blanks, then solve or graph the problems.
Each station is a page of their review book. At the stations, students fill in the blanks, then solve or graph the problems. For example, their book may say “Find the slope between the ordered pairs”, but the ordered pairs are left blank. They copy them down from the station, then find the slope. Download the preview to see both directions and samples of the student book pages versus what the station looks like. There are 11 topics total that cover the following concepts:
Station 1 – Formulas
Station 2 – Slope (Given a Graph)
Station 3 – Slope (Given Ordered Pairs)
Station 4 – Graphing Linear Equations by Slope-Intercept Form
Station 5 – Graphing Linear Equations by Intercepts
Station 6 – Vertical & Horizontal Lines
Station 7 – Writing Linear Equations Given Point & Slope
Station 8 – Writing Linear Equations Given Two Points
Station 9 – Parallel & Perpendicular Lines
Station 10 – Line of Best Fit
Station 11 – Applications
When printing the book, be sure to print 2-sided and choose the “flip along short edge” option. Once it prints you can fold it in half and staple. The pages should be in order.
