Students will practice finding the slope that passes through two given points using the slope formula with this Pyramid Sum Puzzle activity. This includes 0 and undefined slope.
Simply give each student the pyramid template and puzzle pieces. They find each slope given the two points and record their answers in the boxes. Then they cut out the puzzle pieces and paste them onto the template so that each solution is the sum of the two solutions directly above it. While there are 20 total problems, only 15 will be used on the pyramid template. This was purposely done to create similar answers.
