This is the digital version of my The Remainder Theorem (Synthetic Substitution) Pyramid Sum Puzzle, designed for use in Google Slides™. This Remainder Theorem digital activity is an engaging, no-prep way for students to practice evaluating polynomial functions using the Remainder Theorem.

All polynomial functions are given in standard form, and several include missing powers.

How It Works:

Students evaluate each function at x = c, type in their answers, then drag the problems onto the pyramid so that each solution is the sum of the two solutions directly above it. When they’re finished, students can share the completed activity back with you for review. The box letters help students stay organized and make grading easier! An answer key is included.

What You’ll Receive:

Once purchased, you will receive a PDF document with a link and directions for adding the activity to your Google Drive™. You and your students will need a free Google account to access the activity. Once it’s added to your Drive, you can make copies and share the activity with your students.

Please note: Digital Google Slides™ activities are sold separately from the curriculum bundles. The printable PDF version of this activity is included in the corresponding curriculum/activity bundle, or you can purchase the printable The Remainder Theorem (Synthetic Substitution) Pyramid Sum Puzzle on its own.

Already owned the paper version. So excited for this digital version. That way any students not able to be in person were able to do the same activity we did in class. Even the students in class could choose which way they wanted to complete the activity. Will definitely use this again!
