Students will practice identifying the ways to represent a quadratic function (graph, vertex form, standard form, and factored form) with this cut and paste activity. There are 6 problems total on the template. For each problem, either the graph or the vertex form is given. Students must identify the remaining forms from 24 options. They paste the representations on the template. Not all will be used! The box letters make this activity easier to grade.
Note: The graph or vertex form is given so that completing the square to find vertex form would not be necessary as this activity is most appropriate for Algebra 1.
