Students will practice identifying the zeros, factored form, and standard form of a quadratic equation given a graph with this cut and paste activity. Each graph will have four zeros, four factored form equations, and four standard form equations to choose from. They must cut out the correct answers and paste on the graphs worksheet. This activity is meant to be a challenge, with many similar options available for students to choose from. There are 8 graphs total.
