This is the digital version of my Graphs of Absolute Value Equations and Inequalities Cut & Paste Activity, designed for use in Google Slides™. This absolute value graphs digital activity is an engaging, no-prep way for students to practice identifying the absolute value equation or absolute value inequality that matches a given graph.
There are 12 graphs in all: six absolute value equations and six absolute value inequalities. Each graph has four answer choices, so students need to pay close attention to details like the vertex, the direction the graph opens, and the shaded region before making their choice.
How It Works:
Students analyze each graph, determine which of the four options best represents it, then drag that equation or inequality up to the box. When they’re finished, students can share the completed activity back with you for review. An answer key is included.
What You’ll Receive:
Once purchased, you will receive a PDF document with a link and directions for adding the activity to your Google Drive™. You and your students will need a free Google account to access the activity. Once it’s added to your Drive, you can make copies and share the activity with your students.
Please note: Digital Google Slides™ activities are sold separately from the curriculum bundles. The printable PDF version of this activity is included in the corresponding curriculum/activity bundle, or you can purchase the printable Graphs of Absolute Value Equations and Inequalities Cut & Paste Activity on its own.
