This is the digital version of my Geometry End of Year EOC Review Escape Room Activity, designed for use in Google Slides™. This Geometry EOC review escape room is an engaging, no-prep way for students to review concepts taught throughout the year in Geometry before the end-of-course test or final exam.
The 8 challenges cover the distance formula, parallel lines and transversals and angles in triangles, similar triangles, quadrilaterals, the Pythagorean Theorem, special right triangles, and right triangle trigonometry, transformations (reflections, translations, rotations, and dilations), angle measures and special segment lengths in circles, and volume and surface area of prisms, pyramids, cylinders, cones, and spheres. The challenges are independent of each other, so you can remove some to save time or differentiate.
How It Works:
Each challenge puzzle reveals a 3-digit, 4-digit, 4-letter, or 5-letter code. Students work through the problems right in Google Slides™, enter their codes, and move on to the next challenge until they’ve cracked them all. When they’re finished, students can share the completed activity back with you for review. An answer key is included.
What You’ll Receive:
Once purchased, you will receive a PDF document with a link and directions for adding the activity to your Google Drive™. You and your students will need a free Google account to access the activity. Once it’s added to your Drive, you can make copies and share the activity with your students. Also included are an optional Google Form™ that students can use to check their codes on their own and a video that explains how to complete each challenge.
