This product contains 8 proofs to help students practice identifying statements and reasons in congruent triangle proofs. This includes Side-Side-Side (SSS), Side-Angle-Side (SAS), Angle-Side-Angle (ASA), Angle-Angle-Side (AAS), Hypotenuse-Leg (HL), and CPCTC proofs.
There are two versions of the activity:
• Version 1: Identify reasons only.|
• Version 2: Identify a mix of statements and reasons.
Choose the version to match the level of your students. Print the proofs on colored paper and the statements/reasons on Avery 8167 white return labels. Or, simply use as a cut and paste activity, exit/entrance tickets, or place in sheet protectors for students to complete with dry erase markers.
