Students will practice converting radians to degrees, degrees to radians, degree-minute-second (DMS form) to decimal degrees, DMS form to decimal degrees, and identifying coterminal angles given in both degrees and radians with this Scavenger Hunt activity.
This scavenger hunt includes 20 problems and a student recording worksheet. Hang the problems around the room (or in the hallway) and distribute the recording worksheet to each student. Clipboards work very well for this type of activity! Place your students in groups of 2-3 and assign each group a place to start. They solve the problem at the station, then use their answer to lead them to the next problem. They should finish the Scavenger Hunt at the same problem they started with.
