This Exponential and Logarithmic Equations Bingo Game is a PowerPoint game in which students practice solving exponential and logarithmic equations. Exponential equations include problems that can be solved with a common base (combining exponents using the laws of exponents) and problems that require logarithms. Logarithmic equations include many problems in which students apply the properties of logarithms. Natural base and natural logarithms are included, several equations result in a quadratic equation, and extraneous solutions are included.
This game can be used with an interactive whiteboard, or simply used through a projector. I allow students to click on any circle to select a problem. Once the problem appears, they solve the equation on their recording worksheet, then look for the answer on their board to cross it off. The answer will appear when you click the “Answer” button on the game. I included the game, the worksheet, and 30 individualized boards with the answers.
