Students will practice identifying the ordered pair, x-coordinate, y-coordinate, and quadrant location given a point graphed on a coordinate plane with this “Mystery Code Activity”
Students are given a page with 21 questions along with 10 graphed points. The questions describe a point (for example, “Which graphed point has a y-coordinate of -4?” Students choose the point that matches the description for each question. Once they answer all questions, there are directions at the bottom of the page to reveal a code. They can check this code with you.
