This is the digital version of my Adding Integers Pyramid Sum Puzzle, designed for use in Google Slides™. This adding integers digital activity is an engaging, no-prep way for students to practice adding positive and negative integers.
Because each answer in the pyramid is the sum of the two answers directly above it, students get extra integer addition practice as they build the puzzle, and the pyramid structure helps them catch their own mistakes.
How It Works:
Students find each sum, type their solutions in the circles, then drag the puzzle pieces onto the template so that each solution equals the sum of the two solutions directly above it. When they’re finished, students can share the completed activity back with you for review. The box letters help students stay organized and make grading easier! An answer key is included.
What You’ll Receive:
Once purchased, you will receive a PDF document with a link and directions for adding the activity to your Google Drive™. You and your students will need a free Google account to access the activity. Once it’s added to your Drive, you can make copies and share the activity with your students.
Please note: Digital Google Slides™ activities are sold separately from the curriculum bundles. The printable PDF version of this activity is included in the corresponding curriculum/activity bundle, or you can purchase the printable Adding Integers Pyramid Sum Puzzle on its own.
