This is the digital version of my Area and Circumference of Circles Cut & Paste Puzzle, designed for use in Google Slides™. This area and circumference of circles digital activity is an engaging, no-prep way for students to practice finding the area and circumference of circles.
Students find the area and circumference of circles, with some problems giving the radius and others giving the diameter. Two versions are included, so you can choose the one that best fits your students:
- Pi Button Version: Students use the π button on their calculator and round answers to the nearest tenth.
- 3.14 Version: Students use 3.14 for π.
How It Works:
Students solve each problem, then drag the puzzle pieces onto the template and arrange them so the edges have corresponding answers. The box letters make it easy for students to organize their work AND make it easier to grade! When they’re finished, students can share the completed activity back with you for review.
What You’ll Receive:
Once purchased, you will receive a PDF document with a link and directions for adding the activity to your Google Drive™. You and your students will need a free Google account to access the activity. Once it’s added to your Drive, you can make copies and share the activity with your students.
