Students will practice identifying the corresponding rectangular equation and graph given a set of parametric equations over a given interval with this “Triples” Activity. This activity includes parabolas and lines. All rectangular equations are solved for *y*.

There are 30 total cards. Once matched, there will be 10 sets of three cards, each with a set of parametric equations, an equation in rectangular form, and a graph. Once they are finished, I have my students staple their “triples” together and place in a zip-lock bag.

An answer key to use to ensure the correct cards are matched.
