This Slope Formula Notes & Activities bundle includes the following three resources:
1) Cornell Notes: Slope Formula
These organized, easy-to-follow notes help students develop a strong understanding of finding slope between two points using the slope formula. An answer key is included.
2) Tic-Tac-Toe Partner Activity
Students work with a partner to practice finding slope between two points. Each partner chooses to be X or O, selects a problem, and finds the slope. They locate their answer on the Tic-Tac-Toe board and place their X or O in the corresponding box. Students continue taking turns until one partner gets four in a row, column, or diagonal.
3) Slope Formula Cut and Paste Puzzle
Students find the slope between each pair of given points, cut out the puzzle pieces, and rearrange them so that adjacent edges have matching answers. Once complete, students paste the finished puzzle onto the included template. The puzzle, template, and answer key are all included.
